Drove passed Kranji MRT, saw many vehicles parked along the roadside, we joined in the crowd to ‘kepo’. Over heard conversation from two onlookers, one told the other, “Rubber factory on fire; it was due to 7th month prayer…. workers left the ‘praying stuffs’ unattended. 4 men die due to the incident….” OH NO! I was upset upon hearing it. I pray to God & Jesus that it won’t happened :(
Again curiosity made Daddy wanna have a closer look…. so we go !
Fire trucks parked along the roadside, knew the factory was just nearby….. but road closure before we could get closer.
Can’t drive in so we walked. Saw Fire Truck and Red Rhino; my attention has been diverted liao, I’m more keen on the ‘vehicle’ then fire…. :p
On our way home, heard news reporting about the fire… it was timber factory on fire and no one was injured. *Chey* the two stupid onlooker any how ‘blow’.

SINGAPORE: Fanned by strong winds in the area, a fire at a factory in Sungei Kadut Street 1 blazed for almost four hours before it was brought under control at 7.30pm.
It is believed the factory, Tiong Soon Hup, deals largely with timber.
A spokesman for the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it first received a call about the fire at 3.30pm.
12 fire-fighting appliances, nine support vehicles and 70 fire-fighters were sent to the scene to fight the blaze.
No injuries have been reported and all staff have been accounted for. The neighbouring units were also evacuated as a precaution.
The factory owner was devastated by the fire. Madam Toh said: "We have nothing left. What (losses) are there left to estimate? Thirty years of blood, sweat, all gone."
