Cross trainer - great exercise to work on the upper and lower body muscles, stand on the pedals and start moving in a forward direction, grasp the handles to combine upper and lower body actions. Great workout for the heart and burning lots of calories at the same time.
Chest Press – great exercise choice to stimulate the muscles of your chest, front of shoulder and back of upper arms. See, I can do it either in sitting or standing position :)
Leg press - one of the best exercises for all of the muscles of the leg as well as the buttocks.... my mummy will love it !!
After a day of workout.............. I’m EXHAUSTED !!!
