WorkOut

A new place to workout…
Best of all is affordable to everyone cos it is FREE !!!!


Cross trainer - great exercise to work on the upper and lower body muscles, stand on the pedals and start moving in a forward direction, grasp the handles to combine upper and lower body actions. Great workout for the heart and burning lots of calories at the same time.
Chest Press great exercise choice to stimulate the muscles of your chest, front of shoulder and back of upper arms. See, I can do it either in sitting or standing position :)


Leg press - one of the best exercises for all of the muscles of the leg as well as the buttocks.... my mummy will love it !!
After a day of workout.............. I’m EXHAUSTED !!!
