P1 Preparatory – Part II

Woke up at 6.30am, dunno whether I’m too excited or it was my normal waking hours. School orientation starts from 9am - 11am and to be in school uniform.

Endeavour Primary School (EDP) is about 10 mins walking distance from my house, so we left home 15 mins before 9am. I happily whistling along the way to school, saw many kids in uniform heading the same direction to EDP.

We were directed by the parents from parents support group (PSG) to the hall. Kids were told to sit on the floor in front of the stage according to their class (I’m in class 1A) whereas parents sat on the chairs behind. After everyone had settled, we were lead by our Teacher to our respective classes for Language Assessment Test and parents stay behind to listen to talks.

Collected my name tags, textbooks, settled school bus and signed up for 3 days Hanyu Pinying classes conducted in school by learning centre.

I'm ready!
