Went Botanical garden once when I was in Nursery. During the time, Jacob Ballas doesn’t exist yet :pA learning journey to Jacob Ballas… Tasted the fruits from Cherry tree, saw Cocoa & Chocolate tree, plants for dyes and learn how plants breathe; they gave out carbon dioxide and absorb oxygen from air surrounding them. All the things were new to me; I enjoy walking around the garden. I love the tree house and the suspension bridge.
The place brought back mummy’s kampong days memory…. running around bare footed; building her own play house, playing marbles with friends; catching spiders; plugging Ramutans and many many happy childhood memories...
Point to note :
Admission to Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden is FREE but the garden is open for children below 12 yrs and must be accompanied by an ADULT…. so can’t go there ‘pak tor’ (dating) :p
